Ideal court cases

By Sabine Mcneill of Forum for Stable Currencies

There has been a "World Court Project" of a "dreamer" who wanted to take to court those who are responsible for the arms race.

I would like to take at least one central bank to court. BUT, in the UK, where I'm most familiar with the situation, it is highly unlikely to get the right kind of judge and the right kind of solicitor. Just as one solicitor who actually was a fan of Muhammad Yunus, the founder of the Grameen bank, said that we won't get a licence for a Grameen bank! Even he feels too weak to 'fight the system'!...

In the post I supply with the fourth link I spell out what is "illegal" about the Bank of England's money. The BoE is the first central bank but it served as a model for all others. What they all have in common is that they control the money supply, i.e. all the money that is in circulation in a country's currency.

BUT the problem is that their kind of money is 'Credit' whereas States create 'Cash'. The difference is... interest! The fact that central banks appear to be 'national' and working in the interest of citizens and taxpayers is the great illusion / fraud / myth that more and more people are waking up to.

But it's a complex issue: what money is, how it is created and how Central Banks use money to control Nation States and their institutions, besides their citizens and resources.

The reason why I'd like to take a central bank to court is mainly the principle of The Rule of Law and the added value of PR - as possibly the only way of demystifying the subject.
